El Stops Back in Business
The Damen Avenue, Irving Park, Montrose and Kedzie "El" stops on the Brown Line train line have now all re-opened after many months of remodeling! (Hurrah!)
We're Flower and Eco-Friendly
Each May, we plant beautiful flowers around each of our buildings (for tenants to enjoy through spring, summer and fall) and we've "gone extra green" this year with organic lawn fertilizer for all of our Chicago building lawns! We've also just switched over to "single-stream" recycling containers (which are picked up by special Recycling trucks each week) at all of our Chicago buildings, which will complement our front and back hallway light photocell timers, energy-efficient boilers and hot water tanks, thermopane window installations, reflective roof coatings and the energy-saving front and back hallway (and apartment kitchen) fluorescent light fixtures we've been using for several years now!
