How long have we been in business?

For over 60 years, three generations of the Kuhn, Lehmann and Carey families have owned and managed this family business.

How long have the janitors worked for the company?

The average length of time the janitorial staff has worked with the company is 12-15 years. Many have worked with us for close to 20 years!

Do you take pets?

Dogs are not permitted, except as medically necessary for disabled persons, under law. Cats, small birds in cages and small fish tanks are permitted. There is a $50.00 pet deposit (per pet) which is returned after move-out should no damage occur. A two-cat limit per apartment applies.

What is the average length of tenancy?

We have tenants who have rented from us for over 50 years! The average length of tenancy is 8-10 years. Many tenants begin in a studio apartment, move to a one bedroom a few years later, then shift to a two bedroom eventually!

Do the buildings have laundry and storage facilities?

Yes. All buildings have coin-operated and professionally-maintained washers and dryers, private storage lockers and secured bicycle corralling areas.

Do the buildings have intercom security systems?

Yes. All buildings have intercom security systems.

Are the building grounds secured?

Yes, all rear areas of the buildings are gated with keyed entry and excellent premises lighting. In addition, many of our buildings feature front yard wrought-iron fences and gates, which offer additional security to building tenants.

Are the buildings wired for digital cable television and broadband internet access?

Yes. All buildings are digital cable and broadband internet ready.

What is the application fee?

A $35.00 non-refundable fee (per applicant) must accompany the signed application to begin the application verification process.

What is the security deposit?

A security deposit equaling one month's rent is required at lease signing.

What are your office hours?

The office is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 9 a.m.- 12 noon
