"I have enjoyed
living [in your building] very much. If I were not moving out of
state, I would certainly never leave my lovely apartment. You and
your family and staff have been very kind to me and it certainly
has been a pleasure to rent from you."

Go Cubs! From your apartment in the heart of hot Wrigleyville
or at the north end of lovely Lake View, fall out of bed on a summer
day and stroll a couple of blocks to Wrigley Field for a game. After
the win, hit the Cubby Bear or other watering holes or restaurants on
Clark Street. Shop till you drop on Clark and Diversey. Walk or ride
a bike to the beach. Get a movie fix at the glorious Music Box movie
palace, take in live music at the Vic Theater, browse the coffeehouses,
pubs and eclectic stores on Southport Avenue, Addison and Sheffield.
Experience a broad range of people, restaurants and churches. Walk amid
trees and view details of classic Chicago architecture. If you must fit
in work around all this play, grab a near-by CTA "L" (elevated)
train from stations at Irving Park or Addison or hop on one of the many
CTA buses that run along Addison and Irving park and head downtown to
the Loop. And don't forget: street parking is actually possible
in the north Lakeview area!
